Scarlett Bangkok is raising the awareness of Thai cacao beans and highlighting the sustainability by locally sourcing the cocoa nibs grown in four regions of the country: Chiang Mai, Chantaburi, Chumporn and Prachuap Khiri Khan, where Chef Sylvain Royer has crafted the special creations with only organic and healthy local produces without any additives added, resulting in a pure flavour from the beans.

From 3rd – 30th November, diners can experience a delight with every mouthful through a sumptuous collections of chocolate dishes and pairing menus. Each desirable chocolate sensation is created using a 100% pure single origin chocolate not only in desserts but also in savoury dishes together with French cooking techniques to enhance the exotic taste combinations.
