For more than 150 years, Joselito has crafted Spain’s most exquisite Iberian pork, sourcing from free-roaming pigs that graze in Extremadura’s ancient oak groves and feast on acorns. This time-honoured process yields remarkable flavour complexity and sublime marbling. Scarlett’s talented chefs honour this storied tradition by transforming classic Spanish charcuterie through contemporary culinary artistry.

 

Each creation, from the flawless texture of Croquetas de Jamón Joselito to innovative land-and-sea pairings such as Grilled Sea Bream with Joselito Chorizo, captures the essence of Spanish passion, artisanal excellence, and the timeless pleasure of sharing exceptional cuisine among companions.
