Rules & Regulations


These regulations are designed to ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay with us. Please note that they may be updated by Hotel Management without prior notice to comply with local authorities’ requirements.

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in time is 2 PM.
  • Check-out time is 12 PM.
  • Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please contact our front desk for more information.

Identification and Registration

  • All guests must present an ID card, passport, or Thai driving license upon check-in.
  • Outside visitors must present identification upon arrival and contact reception to collect a dedicated access pass. Additional registration for in-house guests is required.
  • The main registered guest must personally complete the check-in process.

Prohibited Activities and Items

  • Cooking in rooms, gambling, karaoke, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammables, poisons, drugs, and strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian, seafood) are strictlyprohibited within the hotel premises. Damages and cleaning fees will apply accordingly.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking inside non-smoking rooms is prohibited. A violation fee of THB 10,000 per incident will be applied.

Room Regulations

  • Re-arranging furniture or moving items from one room to another is not permitted.
  • Bed sheets and duvet covers are provided according to the number of registered guests and existing bedding in the room.


  • Two complimentary glass bottles of water per person per day are provided. Additional water bottles and in-room amenities are available upon request, with extra charges applicable based on quantity.

Damage and Loss

  • Guests are responsible for and will be charged for any damages, loss, or breakage of hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.

Appearance and Equipment

  • Refrain from placing any articles that could detract from the hotel’s external appearance in or around balconies.
  • Using outside equipment or bringing outside food into the hotel premises requires prior approval from Hotel Management.

Sanitary Regulations

  • Guests must strictly comply with local sanitary regulations and measures implemented at the hotel.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals who may cause disease, discomfort, or inconvenience to other guests.
