HOTEL REGULATIONS

These regulations are designed to ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay with us. Please note that they may be updated by Hotel Management without prior notice to comply with local authorities’ requirements.

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in time is 3 PM.
• Check-out time is 12 PM.
• Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please contact our Front Desk for more information.

Identification and Registration

• All guests must present an ID card, passport, or Thai driving license upon check-in.
• Outside visitors must present identification upon arrival and contact reception to collect a dedicated access pass. Additional registration for in-house guests is required.
• The main registered guest must be at least age 18 and must personally complete the check-in process.

Prohibited Activities and Items

• Cooking in rooms, gambling, karaoke, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammables, poisons, drugs including marijuana, and strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian, seafood) are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. Damages and cleaning fees will apply accordingly.
• Reheating of food obtained from outside the hotel premises is strongly discouraged.

Smoking Policy

Non-Smoking Rooms:

• To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking guest rooms. This policy helps us maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests.
• Please be aware that guests found smoking in non-smoking rooms will incur a fine of THB 5,000. Additionally, automatic charges for room recovery and potential damage, up to THB 10,000, will be applied to the guest’s room.

Designated Smoking Area:

• For guests who smoke, designated smoking areas are available for your convenience:
  – Ground Floor: Outside the hotel
  – Swimming Pool Area: A designated smoking point is available near the pool
• We kindly ask that smoking be limited to these areas only. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Room Regulations

• Re-arranging furniture or moving items from one room to another is not permitted.
• Bed sheets and duvet covers are provided according to the number of registered guests and existing bedding in the room.

Room Deposit Policy

• A refundable deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required if you wish to charge dining expenses (excluding all charges at Scarlett Bangkok on the 37th floor), room service, laundry, or other hotel expenses to your room for settlement upon check-out. The deposit may be made in cash (Thai Baht or other major currencies, subject to the daily exchange rate) or by credit card. Please note that debit cards are not accepted for deposit purposes.

Amenities

• Two complimentary glass bottles of water per person per day are provided. Additional water bottles and in-room amenities are available upon request, with extra charges applicable based on quantity.

Damage and Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage of hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Charges start from THB 3,000 depending on the extent of the damage or loss.

Appearance and Equipment

• Refrain from placing any articles that could detract from the hotel’s external appearance in or around balconies.
• Using outside equipment or bringing outside food into the hotel premises requires prior approval from Hotel Management.

Sanitary Regulations

• Guests must strictly comply with local sanitary regulations and measures implemented at the hotel.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals who may cause disease, discomfort, or inconvenience to other guests.
