For two special nights this August, Scarlett Bangkok welcomes Delia for From Bonjour to Hola, a vibrant culinary takeover that brings together French flair and the bold, soulful flavours of Mexico.

On 21 and 22 August 2026, Delia’s chefs Gabriela Espinosa and Diego Zarco will take over the Scarlett kitchen, presenting a menu inspired by family recipes, locally sourced ingredients, and the vibrant spirit of Mexican dining.

Guests can look forward to a lively evening filled with generous flavours, good company, and Scarlett’s signature rooftop atmosphere. On Friday, 21 August, the experience will be elevated with a live DJ performance and an exclusive Patrón guest bartender activation featuring tequila-forward cocktails created to complement the menu.
